  • Establish original looks and creative concepts or follow a style direction

RESPONIBILITIES:

  • Integrating live-action footage, CG elements, and other sources to create seamless final compositions.
  • Collaborating with the VFX Supervisor, Compositing Lead  and other team members to understand project requirements and creative vision.
  • Ensuring all compositing work meets the highest quality standards and adheres to the project’s technical and artistic guidelines.
  • Performing rotoscoping, keying, and tracking tasks to extract elements and match movement with high precision.
  • Adjusting color and lighting to ensure consistency and realism across all elements in a shot. 
  • Applying various compositing techniques, including 2D and 3D tracking, matte painting integration, and particle effects.
  • Identifying and solving compositing challenges to maintain the overall quality and efficiency of the production.
  • Creating and maintaining Nuke scripts, ensuring they are well-organized and optimized for future use.
  • Reviewing and incorporating feedback from supervisors and clients to refine and improve shots.
  • Managing and prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

NOLABEL is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming pitches, bidding for new projects, nurturing client relationships, exploring new business opportunities, and maintaining our company’s presence. RESPONIBILITIES:

  • Creating and implementing a long-term business strategy to achieve the company’s goals and support its growth.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to develop long-term partnerships.
  • Overseeing incoming project proposals, conducting analyses, and assessing project requirements.
  • Preparing cost estimates and preliminary schedules for new projects based on the planned scope of work.
  • Collaborating with the production department to develop competitive proposals and convert them into active projects.
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, acquiring new clients and exploring new markets to expand the studio’s reach.
  • Working with the finance department on financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Maintaining a well-organized CRM database to support client relationship management.

  • Executing marketing initiatives, and developing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and recognition.
  • Identifying and utilizing government incentives, tax reliefs, and grants in the film and entertainment industry that can benefit the company and its clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in business development, client management, and project bidding, preferably in the post-production, film, or entertainment industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Knowledge of post-production and the film industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Reliable, independent, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Highly organised, punctual with a strategic mindset
  • Database, spreadsheet, and word processing experience
  • Fluency in English is essential

NOLABEL is looking for a talented Marketing Specialist, who will promote our work and take care of our company presence on social media. You’ll develop marketing strategies and collaborate with creative teams to enhance brand visibility. RESPONIBILITIES:

  • Prepare marketing materials and develop content for the current needs of the studio
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Build a strong brand presence on all social media platforms and publications 
  • Prepare a digital communication plan with weekly activity schedules
  • Be responsible for the company’s overall communication on social media
  • Generate compelling content for case studies and presentations highlighting our capabilities
  • Manage the studio’s online presence, website content and digital marketing initiatives
